Hania Baramki is the founder and CEO of GoLEAD. Her experience in the corporate and education industries spans over three decades and includes global experience as a managing director at companies like Area9, McGraw-Hill, Cisco, Cap Gemini, and Ernst and Young. This has given her a unique perspective and understanding of different value systems and cultures.

An alumni of Union College in Schenectady, NY, and the Weatherhead School of Management at Case-Western Reserve University, Hania’s educational and professional background has equipped her with a wide range of skills and knowledge, which she has applied to the field of education technology and pedagogy.

Hania’s goal is to make use of her expertise in the field of education technology.and pedagogical approaches to help enhance student learning outcomes with the use of of effective educational technologies that help in the comprehensive development of future generations.

Abdulrahman Albearoti is an EdTech expert who currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at GoLEAD. With nearly two decades of experience in the field, he is responsible for overseeing the company's Global Technology Services, including IT architecture, infrastructure, operations, back-office applications, and enterprise cybersecurity. As COO, Abdulrahman has overall responsibility for global IT and leads the digital transformation process that helps universities assess and improve their course delivery.

Abdulrahman has made significant contributions to the education and EdTech industries, promoting technology and transformation for companies like Mc-Graw Hill, Pearsons, Area 9 Lyceum, Bupa Arabia, and Oxford University Press. His expertise and insights have helped these organizations develop and implement innovative solutions that improve the quality of education and enhance learning outcomes. At GoLEAD, Abdulrahman's experience and knowledge enable him to lead the company's digital transformation efforts and deliver world-class technology solutions to clients.

In addition to his work at GoLEAD, Abdulrahman is a respected authority in the field of EdTech and frequently speaks at industry conferences and events. He is passionate about leveraging technology to drive education and social impact and has been recognized for his contributions with numerous awards and accolades. Overall, Abdulrahman's extensive experience and expertise in the fields of education and EdTech make him an invaluable asset to GoLEAD and a leader in the wider education industry.

Dr. Rasha Halat has a BA in English Language, an MA in Teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language, and a PhD in Applied Linguistics with a focus in Critical Discourse Analysis.  Rasha has worked in the educational field for close to thirty years in a variety of capacities. Previously, she had eight years of experience as the chair of the education department at the Lebanese International University (Bekaa Campus).  Rasha is also a certified regional trainer of trainers for PCELT by SIT and World Learning. She has participated in a range of regional, national, and worldwide teacher training initiatives (Shaping the Way we Teach English, PCELT, TOT for Teaching English to Young Learners, etc.).

Recently, in addition to being an Assistant Professor at LIU and the Lebanese University, Rasha has served as a Senior Subject Matter Expert and Content Lead for GoLead (UAE).  She has also completed consultancy work for World Learning, AMIDEAST, International Alert and a few other organizations in Lebanon, Palestine, the UAE and KSA.  Her consultancy work is mostly focused on research, teacher training and curriculum design. During those years of teaching and training, Rasha has acquired expertise in various administrative skills, research skills, curriculum design and development, teaching methodology and testing.

Dr. Hani is a globally experienced corporate executive, strategic thinker, and entrepreneur, with a demonstrable track record of accomplishments ranging from corporate turnarounds to successful mergers and acquisitions and start-ups. He is an excellent communicator and believes in setting out clear vision and in pushing forward to achieve set goals.

Prior to GoLEAD, Dr. Hani was the Chief Operating Officer at Saber Investment Group, where he achieved substantial growth through acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and the launch of new products and markets. Prior to moving to the Middle East, Dr. Baramki worked in the USA and was Vice President at Boston Scientific Corporation. Hani holds a Ph.D. from McGill University and an M.D. degree from Louvain University.
